To answer your question about parking meters: the money can go back to the maintenance of the lot or parking spaces. I am not entirely sure, but for meters I would also expect the money to go back into city funds. For parking garages, the money goes to whoever owns the garage and they can do whatever they want with it. Anyways, I'm not entirely sure about this but this is what I remember about meters and stuff

Emma, doll, try to take a break from the coffee and caffeine and see if your stomach issues resolve. If not, go get checked. I battled with Crohn's disease for 4 years and couldn't gain weight and was incredibly sick. Praise God, He delivered me of this in January of this year after suffering 10-20 bowel movements a day for years. It's a high likelihood it's the coffee, though!

In case Emma or anyone else really wants to know where parking revenue goes, in LA, it goes to the "Special Parking Revenue Fund," which, according to the latest city budget, "may be used for the following purposes: 1) purchasing, leasing, installing, maintaining, operating, regulating and policing of parking meters and metered spaces, collection of meter revenue and related expenses; 2) the purchase, improvement, and operation of off-street parking facilities; 3) the painting and marking of streets and curbs required for the parking of motor vehicles within parking meter zones; and, 4) the payment of debt service costs incurred for off-street parking facilities." However, that's not all it goes towards. Here's more from the city budget: "LAAC Section 5.117 Subsection 6 allows the City to establish surplus funding which may be transferred to the Reserve Fund for general governmental purposes, after paying, or setting aside funding for the cost of operations and maintenance for eligible activities." TL:DR, parking revenue is first used to cover the cost of maintaining parking spaces, and then the rest goes towards the city's general budget.

Ya'll, I just noticed why I possibly enjoy Emma's vlogs more than other influences. She never shows her getting mobbed by fans. Like even in a video where a mom and daughter told her they watched her videos in a flea market, she just told us about it afterwards. Honestly, it kinda gives me anxiety when influencers include fan interactions. Emma just being in the moment with them is honestly really great, and I can't believe I only now noticed.
