erasing tiktok was the best decision I made, it’s too addicting. I’d rather read, play some vinyl, go for a walk, play with my dog, ANYTHING except go on there again. I’m really glad you’re taking the necessary steps to feel better. You’re making an effort and it shows. I wish I had more time to meditate but journaling and reading are great. Keep it up. Also, the gym is great. I started going in March and I love it. It helps a lot with my depression and also to feel good about my body. Exercise does the body (mental + physical) wonders. xoxo
