It all depends on the nurses history to be honest with you. We have some nurses that habitually don't do anything. We have some nurses that just get overwhelmed. It was just a busy day. I would say go home and get some rest, but like I said it depends on your history.

Any order that was not carried out at the time designated constitutes neglect. It's a good idea for the nurse on duty to complete all duties before leaving.
