In this video we're looking at a question from a viewer about a circuit that is partly series and partly parallel when we're only given values of current and voltage.
These videos are aimed at learners studying electricity on any course and will help those studying the City and Guilds 2365, 5357 Apprenticeship, 7202 and 8202 courses as well as the EAL Diploma in Electrical Installation.

good video Joe.. surprised the lecturer didn't ask for power dissipated by each resistor and i;m the same, i would have chucked in a curved ball and had different resistances in parallel

Joe, please can you do a video about transformers for 8707? I need your in-depth knowledge. I don’t believe the tutor is teaching us right so want a second tutor to allow us; is this OK?

Product divided by the sum. Parallel resistances total.
