Litigants, often desperate for resolution, deserve timely answers, not indefinite limbo. This backlog undermines the very foundation of the judicial system. No resource constraint justifies withholding justice. Swift, transparent processes aren't luxuries-they’re necessities. The courts must remember: their duty is to serve people, not paperwork. Time is of the essence.
