I've watched Dan since he started pulling weeds and cutting grass on Stephanie's channel. I've really enjoyed all his projects but love his restoration of his chateau! Brian, thanks so much for your open dialog. Having watched almost every episode about the chateau I wasn't sure about your background. My wife and I have been to Dublin and took a train to the town where the series "Ballykisingle" was filmed and where Colin Ferrel starred. On the way back the conductor was very courteous and pointed out Bono's house. Also were surprised while driving the Ring of Kerry and the radio suddenly spoke in what I thought was Norwegian. Later told it was Gaelic. Absolutely loved all the Irish people we met- the friendliest ever. Keep up the great work you are doing on the chateau.

Most are curious about such hard working men. I wear a wide brim hat, long sleeves, and long pants anytime the sun is shining; otherwise, I shortly feel ill as my head hurts, my skin is burning and I become nauseated. People remark about either my long sleeves, pants and or hat. It gets old and demonstrates poor manners. A few times I have said, "Thank you for noticing. Now, I'll try to notice you".
