Questions raised about GNU stability

Questions have been raised about the stability of the government of
national unity as the DA and ANC clash over certain policies.
Basic Education Minister Siviwe Gwarube last week snubbed President
Cyril Ramaphosa's signing of what's now become the Bela Act.
The DA is also opposed to the implementation of the National Health
Insurance, which seeks to create universal healthcare coverage.
Independent analyst Khaya Sithole weighs in on the discussion.

In the end, ANC have an image to protect in public and signing this bill is just another form of projecting that power they have in South African politics.
