The judge that signed the warrant and the clerk that filed it, get a certified copy of their bond and put a lien on it until you get your answers. Be prepared if they try to intimidate you after this because the judge and clerk can no longer act under/on behalf of the government. If they claim the right to work under immunity, it’ll be under “color of law” and not the government. Another gem whenever you go to court, make sure you have a certified copy of every public servants bond in the courtroom and file it under your case with the clerk. When they ask why you say because I haven’t seen the orderbook of the courtroom and I don’t know if I’m dealing with public servants or a person acting under color of law.

If it was a valid warrant it should have clearly stated what criminal violation was being investigated. It doesn't sound like that was included, or it may have been redacted. I don't see how the warrant could be considered valid without that being made clear to the property owner.

The website Joerg runs includes alot of pictures, and discussion from individuals who work on projects related to area 51. Those individuals are sworn to secrecy but then get on websites and social media to show pictures and chat about things that are supposed to be private. My assumption is the raids were not directly about him and his girlfriend directly, but the military was trying to figure out which current and past employees are sharing things they should not be. And probably trying to spook members of the military that are on those websites.

Secret unobtainable warrants are a direct violation of US Citizens rights. If the Federal Government is doing something wrong, hiding that fact behind closed doors and secret warrants is wrong.

@@lunam7249 I briefly read your suggested reading. Not sure I understood the second part of your comments. However, many people I knew who worked for NSA quit after the so called "Patriot Act". There are many things done by the US government deemed legitimate which are not. FISA is absolutely one of them. A government that is tyrannical in nature hides behind closed doors, keeps things basically hidden from public view, uses calculated tactics to keep a strong hold on their power. The US federal government has gone rogue.

Purely intimidation tactics. They want him gone. He’s unknowingly seen and/or documented something and they need to shut it and him down before it’s shared. Citing FISMA, the hard to believe it continues to be deemed Constitutional when applied to US citizens domestically, is the incredibly lazy, underhanded method of accomplishing that which the law otherwise rightfully prohibits.
