Very late comment but thank you for this honest talk! I've been having EDs for 8 years now and up until recently everyone including myself thought I was healthy because this orthorexic muscle-mommy gym trend is so big on social media. But now that I injured my back and first trained through it, then having so much pain I couldn't go gym and now really struggling with eating and not moving 24/7 I've noticed it's just a corset to pretend I'm all good... I've realized how ungrateful I've been to even be in a functioning body now that I don't know when I'll be able to lift again. And as you said, recovery is so hard that I went back to my routine every time I tried because I felt so uncomfortable. We miss out on all the shades our personality has when we limit ourselves to our bodies. Wish you all the best!💕

This is great-I like how you compare the difficulty of the recovery process to an athlete undoing all their hard work after all the struggle. Thank you for making this video and hope it finds more people
