Smudger math (TLDR is go for 6 or 3 smudgers and 1 or 3 Roogugs, as expected. the 7 which Dog decided against is marginal, and wouldn't be worth the board space - but I was curious and wanted it written down somewhere, so here's the full math. Would welcome a double check, it was kinda confusing) - 1 Roogugs, no other quills: 1 Smudger = 2 gems 2 = 3 gems 3 = 4 gems 4 = 4.5 gems 5 = 5.32 gems 6 = 6 gems 7 = 6.65 gems 2 Roogugs: 1 = 2 gems 2 = 3.32 gems 3 = 4 gems 4 = 4.98 gems 5 = 6 gems 6 = 6.64 gems 7 = 7.5 gems 3 Roogugs: 1 = 3 gems 2 = 4 gems 3 = 6 gems 4 = STILL 6 gems 5 = 6.667 gems 6 = 8 gems 7 = 8.33 gems

@@ElleDiablo this is all average result. so take a weird one, 4.98 gems for 4 smudgers and 2 rogoog's. the golden smudger and the normal one provide 3 gems per spell, base. each of those 3 triggers has a 2 in 3 chance of hitting a rogoog as it can't hit itself, and getting an extra trigger. so 2/3 of the time each trigger gets 2 gems, 1/3 it gets 1 gem. so the average amount of gems is 1.66 x the 3 triggers, or 4.98. the most common and recommended endgame state is 6 smudgers 1 rogoog, if you can triple into it and stay on 3. there each of the two golden smudgers has a 50/50 of hitting rogoog, so each of the 4 triggers provides 1.5x base - or 6 gems. getting much higher than that is just not worth the effort. 3 smudgers is pretty close at 4 gems if you get more utility from the board spaces.

The quest that doubles each tavern spell played and the spell that doubles stats of a minion are a broken combo. Couple buffs on top of the minion and you get like 1000/1000 minion with 2 or more of those spells

I was thinking, wouldn't the spell that swaps a minion in your board with one in the tavern combined with the spell that doubles stats of a frozen minion in tavern be insane? Basically double stats every turn if you find the spells. Basically a weaker Golden Braggart. Also, isn't cultist broken now that bramble isn't in?

Having it on 3 makes way more fair. They’re are way more minions in the pool when you add in tier 3. Smudger , plus a lubber, plus something that makes spells cost less, plus a geomagus on 4 to cap it out is a crazy but highly unlikely combo

Any1 else had weird bug with new patch? I had a crazy bug where i went to 1 v 1 with last guy Then start of combat, a choice option showed up on opponent (like when your opponent discovers card in default Hearthstone) and it froze my game. I was able to re log in but my game was forever stuck on that 3 card choice on your opponent's side for rest of the game.

Man I actually kinda dislike quests, you'll get something like "Get a random Naga after you spend 200 gold" then notice someone else got "Your battlecries trigger 69 times" and ya don't even want to play the match, you already know the outcome on turn 4.
