This being the Federal Prison System. The blacks are fragmented. They prefer to remain in their own gangs. Meanwhile, the DCs have a non-stop pipeline of potential members pouring into the federal system, since any DC felon automatically goes into the federal prison system. Gives them the numbers to fight those other ethnic gangs, no matter who they are.

@4:18 you can tell he was one of those boys he was in the hole for 28months locked in with a dude. in the feds hole it’s you and one other person 23hrs. Also you can only get sentenced 1yr in the feds hole UNLESS YOU REFUSE TO GO BACK TO THE COMPOUND (check in ). Then they keep down there until you get transferred or go home. This man wouldn’t even go get his ged lol that’s crazy yeah he was on D time. Listen to him talk I went to the hole for a (fight) went back on the compound got me two knives then got sent back to the hole. That’s a check in my guy they gon do you dirty so you checked in. See how excited he got as soon as he knew the question was coming he looked down to see how he was going to answering without incriminating himself they always say I knew somebody who was doing it but not me lol
