Quezon Province's Pride Tikoy | Mix N Cook
Hello! Today, we're going to make another detailed video tutorial of a recipe that originated from Quezon Province. This Tikoy is different from the variant that we usually eat. It has its creamy caramel flavor and is best eaten cold. Let's go!
Ingredients:
500 g or 4 1/2 cups and 2 tbsp. glutinous rice flour
2 cans of 370 ml evaporated milk
2 cans of 390 g condensed milk
1/4 cup or 40 g unpacked muscovado or brown sugar
1 cup or 100 g grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup or 56 g butter or margarine
