4 - 6 Eggs
Green Onions

Hi AB, I made the weight watchers quiche. I didn’t use a crust or heavy cream. I sprayed the bottom of my pie plate with Pam and added smoke Gouda. It was delicious. And I still weight.. Thanks again, be well

OF COURSE REAL MEN MAKE QUICHE and they eat it too. Thanks for your recipe. Will absolutely try this one. My favorite is shrimp and scallops sauteed with little garlic onions that are browned. A little gruyere and a swiss cheese makes a difference. Bacon onion is also another classic choice.

This was my kids favorite saturday breakfast, I'd put in mine -----> Ham, Mushrooms, Green Onion, Cheese and since one of my daughters didn't like pie crust, I'd make it a crustless quiche with a fried pork chop, now they all grown up, I might just have to make me a Quiche w/Fried Pork Chop on my next day off. I love the layering technique, I too, love the veggie/ham/cheese to egg ratio...eggcellent! And Mr.Chef, you are good at keeping it simple... Offering this one hint, I pan sautee, in a tad bit of butter & EVOO, all the veggies and ham...prior to the assembly of the Egg Treat. By me doing sauteing first, it brings out all the goodness of those items. I know, I just complicated a good thing, but...it takes the overall dish up a few notches - imo. Hint: Let the sauteed items cool for about 15 mins off the stove - this way the eggs won't start the cooking process too soon. Peace, be blessed.
