Got to see some cool things along the way! It felt great to get a long run in after my first marathon a few weeks ago, legs felt fresh 🦵
It’s important to keep the same maintenance regimen even if you’re not training for a race! I felt some slight soreness in my right knee afterward and I know it was because I haven’t been doing as many glute exercises this week (which usually cures my knee problems). I’ve been bad about regular maintenance but I’m working on being more consistent outside of training💪🏼 ..
