Very efficient and informative. I'm definitely more chill in the morning.... LOL. My day wouldn't start right if coffee wasn't involved.....🤣. Happy trails 🤘🏻🥾🏔

yeah, i am up at 6; gone by 6:30. i stop at 3pm and set up camp no matter where i end up. never stay in shelters due to RAT issues. first thing i always put up is a tarp, just makes everything else easy.

I totally agree that letting the air out of your pad is sad! Something about that and taking down the tent makes it feel like the adventure is over, even though it sometimes just means I'm off for more adventure! I need to try using my Tiny Pump to deflate my pad- thanks for demonstrating it!

cool video . love the total reverse of order of what you need to set up camp. oh and the lack of all those extra stuff sacks you don't need. I like the idea of that air pump that can suck I must check that out.

Good for u being able to keep things quick & easy. Whereas I am always at odds with myself in the morning. I both 💕 coffee & a leisurely breakfast in camp AND an early start. But both can’t happen. I do try to get up before the sun so I can try to do both, but MAN is it cold out before the ☀️ comes up over the 🏔 I usually am able to find a middle ground though. Or trade off early vs later mornings. Usually by 8 but no later than 9.

Great video but there is no good reason ever to camp or hike without coffee! lol. fwiw I like to use a hammock when possible and always use a bear canister which doesn't save me anything other than reverse the challenges in this video! Ie. I'm not tree-dependent for food safety but I am for my sleep system! I know a lot are against the "weight and bulk" of a bear canister but it's habit I formed out of necessity when I started hiking out west and camping above tree-line. Now I just carry it for the peace of mind.

Yeah, I don't eat breakfast until I'm on the trail, either, but it still takes me an hour to break camp and pack up. Oh, well.

You are soo organized! Enjoyed the looksee into your morning routine. Do you not cook on the trail? I'd like to see a video on how you stay safely oriented on long hikes in NH...paper maps? electronic guides? just intuition?

Toss little baking soda in that baby powder and you've got a great deodorant. Been using that concoction for 15 years now and it's better than any other.

Nice. I hiked with a woman, Carol you know who you are, who could be ready in 15 mins. Tyler and I would take 45+ mins. She would say, “wake me up 15 mins before you’re ready to go.” We would and she’d still be ready to rock before us. 😂

Great video. Always amazed at how much you can easily and quickly store in a small L bag. I bought a 75 L it's awesome but big. Cool new food bag. I am going to buy a food bag from hilltops now. Any suggestions for size? Custom printing? I live in Canada. Any awesome secret Taylor codes for deals? I also have a Flash. Great to see you had a stash long before anyone. Cheers.

Tried one of those tiny pumps but it didn't work well with my Nemo Tensor sleeping pad. I'd advise folks who are interested in them to do better research than I did. Also be aware that they're a tad noisy if you're sleeping in a campground with other people. By the way, is that a Gossamer Gear "The One" tent?

Was it the same air pump on Amazon from the link? I have a nemo tensor as well but looking to purchase a pump

@@MrNoRegrets Yep, that exact same one. Honestly, I find the inflation bag that comes with the Tensor works fine and is fast enough for my purposes.
