sweet. I have a 4092 1730 and all ways wondered if it would run 8s. I got a little speed project I'm doing

They'll do it no problem, voltage ratings are conservative to avoid guys burning them up as a lot of guys don't realize that even when running within voltage limitations it's still critical to monitor temps and adjust gearing if necessary. Just watch those temps and enjoy the power!

Take some lead weights for balancing tires and stick them to the front. It helps allot.

By running that motor on 8s what kinda run time are you getting and second battery is in cab i am thinking of getting that esc for my udr

How did you fit the batteries? Did you cut out the battery box?

They are smaller packs (3500mAh) that fit no problem. Still get a surprising amount of runtime out of it.

Yes you can, still important to monitor temps and adjust gearing to keep temps in check but that ESC will work great with this motor.

I use the hexfly 8 with my 4092 1730kv. That is a rebrand max8 and it works perfect.
