Great video! I need to start finding more of that white foam, I see the larger pieces you are building and get a bit envious of the materials you are working with! Though I laugh a bit as I know for the next 6 months you are going to be finding foam sanding remnants everywhere regardless of how hard you try to prevent it happening. Awesome tips! Thanks for the video!

Ya I'm sure you're right on finding foam for days. That is one of the fortunate things about living near a huge populated area where things are made is they tend to list a lot of materials you can use for projects for free. Thanks Samhain 😁👍

Thank very much, some day we hope to get to a point where we can post more often but its hard to get enough work finished and create content in short amounts of time. We need help hahaha!
@ia56623 жыл бұрын
This has been incredible to watch, I'm so envious of your kid haha - but have you ever thought about doing a cast of the entire thing once it was done, then molding it out of plastic so it could be out in the rain and elements? I'm just wondering how you'll get it rigid enough for kid play. I can imagine a castle battlement popping off with too much pressure exerted against the foam core beneath the sealer surface. I hope this build lasts forever of course - you've put so much time and sculpting into it, to make a mold from it before you paint might be a cool idea to come back to at a later date with another kind of building material, like a plastic or fiberglass. That shell could then be attached to the wood structure and supports behind it. I'm curious if you're going to "glass" it like a surfboard essentially.
@HollywoodHaunter3 жыл бұрын
Yes that was the plan to create a fiberglass shell that attaches to a wood structure behind it. There's a couple different details we are still trying to decide but we will continue to post our progress. Thank you so much for the feedback.
