I have never tried refrigerating the dough, but I believe it should work. What you might want to do is leave the rising agent out, the baking soda and powder, and mix everything together until it just starts to come together. Refrigerate overnight (you will get all the benefits of a longer fermentation) and add those in the morning, cut your biscuits, and bake. If you try it, let me know how it goes!
