QUICK and EASY MATCHA MUG CAKE Recipe | Done in ONE MINUTE In Your MICROWAVE

i made this matcha mug cake one evening for my sister and nephew and ever since then they have been hounding me to make it again haha so here's this video so anyone who loves matcha and cake and quick and easy recipes can enjoy :)

r e c i p e
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp matcha powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 tbsp granulated white sugar (add a little extra if you like your cake sweeter)
3 tbsp milk (any milk works (i have tried it with 2% and almond milk))
1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
1. add flour, matcha, baking powder, salt and sugar to your mug
2. combine with fork or whisk
3. add milk and oil to your dry ingredients
4. combine with fork or whisk (at this point you can mix in any add-ins you want, either nuts, chocolate chips, berries, etc.)
5. microwave for 1 minute
6. let sit for 1 minute
7. top with whipped cream OR cool whip OR powdered sugar, the possibilities are endless, add as much or as little as you want, i usually add more when i’m halfway through, i always need more :)
8. sprinkle cinnamon (the combo of matcha and cinnamon is TOP TIER, chef’s kiss*)
9. devour!
