QUICK and EASY Picadillo Verde Recipe (Ground Beef and Potatoes in Spicy Green Sauce)

this picadillo verde is so delicious and so easy to make! i hope you give it a try! :)
r e c i p e
1 lbs ground beef
3 potatoes
1/2 small onion
2 garlic cloves
3 jalapeño
4 serrano
1/2 small onion
1 garlic clove
2 heaping tbsp sour cream
1 cup chicken stock (i know i kept saying water in the video but i used chicken stock (feel free to use beef stock, veg broth or water, whatever you’ve got will work))
2 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp oregano
a few dashes cumin
1/4 tsp thyme

Do you boil the potatoes? How long do you cook it for it to soften up?

i don’t boil the potatoes, i just dice them in small pieces so they don’t take that long to cook. so it all depends on how big your potato pieces are. i would say total cooking time is anywhere from 15-25 min
