Absolutely! I would make sure that it's on the thinner side though since these machines don't handle the thicker yarns well at all.

You are doing backwards to me I'm a right handed how you did everything it was backwards to me. Your machine handle was on left side side my addi is on my right side

I've never had a problem with it although it can be slippery when you first start. I take it easy and don't crank super fast and it's been great. I'm not one for patience, but I am learning patience with these knitting machines. Lol 😆
