RECIPES:
Bunny Bum Cake Balls
Strawberry Cake
10 large strawberries, diced small
1 tablespoon plus ¾ cup sugar
1 tablespoon plus 1 ½ teaspoons water
1 ½ teaspoons corn starch
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
2 large egg whites
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup whole milk
Decoration
¼ cup American buttercream
2 bags (12 ounces each) super white Candy Melts
1 bag (12 ounces) pink Candy Melts
10 mini marshmallows
White non pareils
Carrot Cake Cookies
1 cup all purpose flour
¾ cup packed brown sugar
1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ginger
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup rolled old fashioned oats
¾ cup finely grated carrot
¼ cup pecan pieces
Cream Cheese Drizzle
3 ounces cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Garden Cake
Chocolate Cake
¾ cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
¾ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup + 2 ½ tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 ½ tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Chocolate buttercream
2 cups American buttercream
½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Is there anything that I can see your baking things on? Like Instagram etc? I’m also 12 and have a huge passion with baking. I haven’t had much experience with making lots of different things but tomorrow is going to hopefully be my first time icing a cake and decorating it by myself. That's a lot of work and it looks amazing! I'd only make the cake without the decorations. I wonder if Ro has ever made one of those gravity defying cakes. I'd still like to see that even if she has. And having been forced to be gluten free since my body hates me, it's also be interesting to see a gluten free recipe that doesn't taste gluten free. I've had some success with stronger flavors like lemon cake, but substituting gluten free flour for just any recipe doesn't taste as good as I would like. Guess I just have to get used to it or just not eat cake, or put up with the consequences of eating wheat which is what I usually do.
