12 medium fresh tomato plum
2 handfuls Shombo( Cayenne pepper)
Scotch bonnet pepper to taste
2 seasoning cubes
Salt taste
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
60 ml cooking oil
Little fresh ginger and garlic
