Could I say its shape is multi-nodular, i thought it might be goiter at beginning. Good to know the concept you mention. Keep on learning from your excellent lectures.

Good to hear from you, Frank. If the thyroid gland is enlarged, it is a goiter (by definition). So this patient does have a goiter. But we want to go further and provide a specific diagnosis, if possible.
