I could actually feel a tingling in my body right at the correct chakra position during the music. The tingling & energy rose up through my body from my root chakra where I felt tingling in my tail bone, to the heart chakra where I felt a warm hug around my mid-section, to throat chakra where I could feel a tingling in my throat, jaw & ears, to my crown chakra where I felt intense energy entering & leaving my body. I don't know what it is about this. I can listen to it in the morning, evening, or at night and no matter how I'm feeling, I get this awesome divine aura around myself where I feel like my emotional side is shielded. I can continue my day/life because of these wonderful sounds. The chanting mixed in with the glorious tone in the background gives me more motivation than a worth-while session at the psychiatrists. May I instead recommend simply observing your thoughts as they trickle through, and regarding them with compassion and loving-kindness. This not only will help slow the stream; it will also help to cultivate wholesome states of mind. Namo Buddhaya. :)
