I love your videos. I currently use la Roche posay sunscreen and love it. I’m black and 50 plus and I get no white cast from it. It also leaves my skin soft. But I’m always open to alternatives and you really can’t go wrong with aloe vera so I’ll be trying cos rx next rotation. I have mature skin, no wrinkles yet, but I have to work to maintain the balance between textured skin, large pores and using too many active ingredients. my skin is also very sensitive so I have always avoided fragrance and colour. Thus far I am doing well, but I love watching your vids because they are really informative and you are funny too.

If someone still wants a gentle no fuss cleanser but the convenience of a pump, vanicream is good and cheap brand as well as cerave and aveeno. To exfoliate lightly, cerave has a mild salicylic cleanser called the SA Renewing Cleanser; gentle enough to use everyday. I usually pair it up with a konjac sponge every 3-4 days. Leaves me skin so smooth.

Have you ever had Aloe Vera sabji? It was served at a gurdwara in my home city of Birmingham and fell in love with it.. So as well as applying it to skin via products etc, it's also edible. Fry onions garlic and ginger, and tomatoes. Then add in Aloe Vera after its been washed etc. Salt, Turmeric, chilli. Serve it with chapati. Mate it will change your life.

This is my first comment on your channel and I really like your videos. I am an ordinary guy and I never really thought about skin care until I started watching some of your videos. I often get confused about the order in which products should be put on when you are going over a list of them. In the shower, I use Elizabeth Arden PREVAGE® Anti-aging Treatment Boosting Cleanser on my face cleaning spin brush. I have dry skin so the brush helps work the product into my skin and clears off flaky skin. The cleanser actually makes my face feel slick, silky smooth when I rinse it off. It is expensive, but I actually get it for free from my sister who is an account executive with Elizabeth Arden. Then, I follow up with a vitamin C serum and then hyaluronic acid. I don't use any type of toner and was wondering if that is something that I should use in my facial skin care routine and at what point? Finally, I moisturize with Elizabeth Arden's Ceramide Lift and Firm Day Cream Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF30 (also free). Am I using these products in the right order? Since the moisturizer has SPF30, do I need anything stronger than that, and would any additional sun screen go over the moisturizer? Thanks in advance for any advice that you can offer!!!
@JamesWelsh5 жыл бұрын
Hey!!! thanks so much! And yes you are using them in the right order :) I would personally, and this is personal preference, add in a toner. But one that is nice and thick and nourishing. You put this on, out of the shower, after cleansing. Toners help set your skin up for the rest of your routine. Almost like a damp sponge, a face dampened by toner will help the products penetrate in to the skin :) Again personally, I use a separate sunscreen and moisturiser. Theres some studied that show the ratio of spf in moisturisers than contain sunscreens, isn't really sufficient. So whilst probably ok in winter, in summer id always go for a light moisturiser, then a sunscreen! Hope that helps!

So I’ve been trying to find a face cleanser for my boyfriend. What people told me that one face contour a girl uses a guy cannot use my guys in their own special face cleanser for guys. And I did not know that and I’m not even sure if that’s 100% true. So my boyfriend skin is sensitive/acne prone. Now his skin is not like my skin which is very very sensitive. And I was going to recommend simple Skin care but I haven’t yet to find a dude with use their products. Like all the reviews are Women. He was using a three in one micellar cleansing water but the brand he was using discontinued it. He’s a guy that did not use it every day you were going to be like two or three days of using it and then he would go if you days with not he just doesn’t wash his face all the time. Because he has ADD to wash his face. Or he get home too late and didn’t feel like washing his face so we did a whole Meisler cleansing water thing but a cotton ball put it on your face and neck and you’re good to go to bed. So he has enough for the next month left because I didn’t wash it doesn’t wash his face every day and I do know simple skin care does have a micellar cleansing water but I don’t see you guys using it and people told me the guys name skin care for them that Hass to be for guys. And I don’t know if that’s true I don’t know we’re just simple skin care say they’re just for women maybe the bottle on the micellar cleansing water may say it removes make up and other things but it’s sure a man to use it. So I don’t know how true that guy actually needs men face wash or men micellar cleansing water. Organic I use the simple skin care. I will go with a different brand it Hass to be for sensitive skin just been the safe side he tend to have some days where his face and a little more red blood and more acne he’s not like 100% has very sensitive skin he’s probably got an 8090%. It’s like 80 or 90% but we just have to be careful. So I prefer something that’s more geared towards sensitive skin even though even if it’s not forSensitive skin he could probably use it but at the same time I’m not sure he has some days where his skin is worse than others I won’t let him use a exfoliating face wash because I can’t even use those I like make my face red I tried. I think that would be too harsh on his skin so I would prefer to go with like they’re my soul cleansing water but men have very different skin than women so I really want to find him something. But I don’t know what’s good for a guy who has like 80% sensitive skin and has known to get acne a lot. When he gets pimples it’s usually because he didn’t wash his face and if he goes at one or two days or even more without washing his face he gets pimples like he got one day of not washing his face and he gets acne really bad. So I need like something for his face but he’s really picky intensive forget to wash his face and the one product he liked Meisler cleansing water by this one company natural skin company and they discontinued it and he has enough for the next month left in the bottle but like it was his favorite thing because when he remember to wash his face he just put it on a cotton ball put it on your face and you’re good to go to bed I would like to find some thing like that for him but people tell me stuff or his face because he’s a douche he can’t have the same skin routine as a woman which I begged a different

lol well if you actually want to know, according to my youtube partner, I make videos that are classed as 'educational' and not trend driven. This means that rather than getting INSTANT high views, they build up over time, with steady views, making them also have longevity. A lot of videos get get high instant views, will stop getting views a few weeks down the line...where as mine are constant. Ive also got 4 vidos on 1million+ views and one on 4 million+ views and a lot on the 200k-800k mark...and rising so that all keeps it going!
