@@TheFlipFlopChef It was amazing!! I cannot believe how quick it cooked. So very simple. Cancer, and it’s ugly side effects, make it difficult for me to do things, even cooking. I have family, and aides that help me out. Since getting sick, I just can’t do a lot of things anymore. I love cooking and when I have a good day, I love to cook. It tired me out, but is so very worth it. Thank you for taking time to share these videos with all of us. I can’t wait to make more of your recipes. 💕

Since cornstarch is pure starch it will thicken better than flour.

Hi April, I'd suggest watching this video to see if you can find it helpful. kzbin.info/www/bejne/rH7MZYt5lLClh5Ysi=g0qgr5foRHUWV44B Depending on how much steam you're getting, some is normal at the beginning of the cooking cycle while it comes up to pressure. If you're finding that it's steaming the entire time or not coming up to pressure, then it doesn't sound like you're getting a good seal.
