Ingredients needed for the recipe
For the Dough;
2.5 cups of flour (300 g)
1.5 tea glasses of semolina (150 g)
Half a tea glass of powdered sugar (50 g)
1 pack of sugar vanillin (5 g)
1 packet of baking powder (10 g)
1 egg
1 tablespoon tahini (12 g)
Butter (125 g)
1 tea glass of oil (90 ml)
For the sherbet;
3 cups of granulated sugar (540 g)
3.5 cups of water (700 ml)
1 slice of lemon
For its surface;
1 egg yolk
Pistachios. (If you wish, you can also add dried nuts such as hazelnuts, peanuts, almonds, walnuts)
