Cheers jimmy. Where’s the customer protection?, you pay a dealer to fix one of their products and if it isn’t fixed you take it back, rinse,repeat. If the dealer can’t fix them what’s the point of a dealer?.

So, I immediately went out and stuck my finger up the exhaust of my 2016 Volvo XC60 D4 ( 2.4 Euro6 ) and… Clean as a whistle shone a torch up the exhaust, looks like it came from the factory 🙂

Im having problems with my new eoly pump in my berlingo .after programming new pump and clearing faults , everytime i fill with diesel faults come back .any ideas whats wrong ? Any help greatly appreciated

New thank .got it checked out by 2 mechanics .they said the pump is priming and there seems to be no issue with it .the issue seems to be when I put diesel in and the van isn't telling the pump to add the eoly fluid and the errors pop back up .

if the DPF is changed when broken ,the garage isnt going to clean out the exhaust pipe so it will always stay sooty . cant you fix this one ?

How about putting DPF cleaner in the particle sensor hole to clean the pipe after the DPF, can probably get a wire bottle brush up there too. It will still be full of soot left by the old DPF

Bad combustion. So low on compression, bad fuel injectors or maybe even burning oil.
