You are hardly the first DDLV creator I see doing build. You ARE however the first one I come across that talks us through the design process in an articulate way. I will take this over those chaotic speed builds where items are put down, swapped and turned at lighting speed any day if the week. Very relaxing and mist of all inspiring.

I have done speed builds in the past and sometimes I feel like they do go a little quickly, it's just balancing that time decorating (some of my decorating videos could easily be two hours!) vs trying to get the content concise for the viewer. Thanks for doing a step by step build where you explain your thought process as you build! Haven't really seen other youtubers do these, it's usually just a walkthrough of an already decorated biome. I find decorating an entire biome very intimidating and usually just decorate small areas of the map at a time. Subscribed, hopefully you do more of these types of videos!

I love this build, but what I love even more is the way you walk us through your creative process. It makes following along so easy, especially for newbies and seeing the reasoning for your decisions really helps those who are maybe struggling to learn how to build. Please, sir, I want some more! My only issue with this build is that it blocks a mining node in a new area where we really need access to all our resources. But other than that this is chef's kiss. Thank you! I just wanted something to tide me over until item rotation comes out, but it's absolutely valid to pick up on that! I'm so glad you enjoyed the video and I have plenty more to come. I did the same thing; did something really simple to tide me over and scratch the itch to decorate with all the new stuff. Confession: I totally stole your SBV storage design, though I tweaked it ever so slightly. It was a really beautiful design, so thank you for that as well. P.S. i love the look and idea of this! Although I'm a bit worried about the functionality of it since it is locking away one of the mining nodes in the corner there. I always want to keep those easily accessible. But maybe I'll tweak it a bit to my preferences, because this is definitely not far of from what I've already started on with my house area 😊

I hear you, Marthe Lea! I'm usually such a stickler for leaving my mining nodes open, but as this was semi-temporary with rotation coming next week, I kind of glossed over it 😆 I appreciate you mentioning it, though! And I promise I'm usually much better behaved on my mining node front 😇
