Made up a batch of this today to try out. Went down to one of my carp spots and nailed a 12 pounder (wild) on it in about 20 minutes. Good recipe.

How long will it keep? Can I freeze leftover bait in between sessions? I’m definitely going to try this recipe. Tight lines
@everymanangling15 күн бұрын
@@michaelgraves5188 I’ve never tried freezing it. I imagine that you would need to doctor it up a bit to make it pack again. Let me know if it works!

We don’t use pack baits like that here in the UK but i think i will give this one a try. Tight lines.

Thanks for watching. I’ve noticed the UK style has really taken off lately in the U.S. I have a lot to learn about your methods. Hope this one works for you!

The U.K. seems to use "boilies" and "popups" and flat bottomed method feeders. The pop-ups seem to make ALOT of sense if, you think about it.

What type rig do you use
@everymanangling2 ай бұрын
@@paulwhitman9414 I use a “pay lake” style rig most of the time, but I will use a method feeder too. The link below describe show to rig the pay lake setup. americancarpsociety.com/traditional-american-styles

Why does it have to be Blackstrap Molassess? Regular Molasses is significantly cheaper.
@everymanangling3 ай бұрын
It doesn’t have to be blackstrap. Regular molasses is much sweeter and blackstrap is salty and more bitter. It depends what you want in your mix.

all these baits u guys post ain't worth a crap at these pay lakes
@everymanangling2 ай бұрын
@@HowardWard-u3l Why do you say that? Granted, I fish mostly for wild carp, but I’ve caught plenty of pay lake carp on them too. I have luck at paylake tournaments too. What would you do differently if you don’t mind me asking? I’m always open to suggestions.
