Quick & Easy CASSAVA PONE🇹🇹 recipe - soft, tasty, chewy and gooey

A delectable pone recipe made with all fresh ingredients. Slightly crisp top and soft and chewy centre.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups finely grated FRESH CASSAVA
1 cup finely grated FRESH COCONUT (I used 1/2 dried coconut)
1 cup finely grated FRESH PUMPKIN
1 and 1/2 cups BROWN SUGAR (or white if you desire)
1/2 cup RAISINS
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated NUTMEG
1 teaspoon CINNAMON POWDER
1/2 or 1 teaspoon FRESHLY GRATED GINGER
1 teaspoon BLACK PEPPER
Pinch of SALT
1 teaspoon VANILLA ESSENCE
1/2 cup CARNATION EVAPORATED MILK
1/4 cup MELTED BUTTER (Kerrygold- Salted)
Butter Glass Pyrex dish (12 inches x 8 inches)
Bake 350 degrees F for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Enjoy hot!
Cut into slices when cooled.
Store in sealed glass containers and refrigerate.
After taking out out fridge, you can microwave for 20-30 sec. to warm up.
