Wow! Looks Yummilicious!😋 I will try your recipe this time Ms Apple. Parati kasi iyon premixed naka box na gamit ko, di ko pa sinubukan gumawa from scratch. Iyon iba kasi cake flour ang gamit nanghihinayang ako bumili kung di naman magagamit parati at matatambak lang sa pantry. Ang meron kami ay All Purpose Flour, Bread Flour at iyon mga pangkakanin Rice flour, Sweet Rice flour and Cassava flour etc . . . I will try this recipe! I have a recipe a friend sent me but I like to try other kinds. I have a similar steamer and experienced the steam issue and will try Mama Lulu's trick with using cheesecloth to wrap the cover.

I think it would be better to add a little bit the Ube powder instead of the extract into the mixture. I find it better tasting than the liquid extract. I add the powder to my shakes and coffee. - Olly
