Mom’s staple that she always uses: Knorr chicken powder Soy sauce and white vinegar Fish Sauce Garlic powder Whole peppercorn and ground pepper Sinigang mix Bayleaf Ajinamotto (msg) - A pinch to any dish adds umami and brings out the flavors Maggi Seasoning These ones are the basics that Filipinos always go for in cooking. Banana ketchup if you like for dipping fried dishes.

Garlic powder don’t have to be included, just the garlic is fine. Then chicken powder, you can sub knorr cubes. Tunaw sa water and add in.
