@@rondabethunemiese5510 👍, I cut and seed 6-7 habaneros, half an onion, 1-3 cloves garlic and chop in processor. Cook with 1/4 cup butter min or three, add 2 tbsp flour, 1 1/4 cup milk, 2 tbsp honey, stir in 1 1/4 cup Colby and pepper jack each, can add more or less garlic or honey. I grate extra cheese Incase too thin, like 1 1/3- 1 1/2 cup each, I add, put on top(when add to small crockpot)or eat it, do in pan then add to small crockpot or keep warm. It's a real winner, only gave 6 other people my recipe, now on internet 🦧🥳
