- 1 Pkg. Lipton Onion Soup
- 1/2 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 to 2 Tsp Seasoned Salt or to Taste
- Olive Oil
- Parsley for Garnish (Optional)
GRAVY:
- 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Tsp Browning Seasoning (Optional)
- 2 1/2 Cups Beef Broth
- 1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms (Optional)
- 2 Small to Medium Onions, Sliced
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Butter, Divided
- 1 to 2 Tbsp Ketchup ( I added this off camera, but it's totally optional!)
MASHED POTATOES:
- 6 Small Russet Potatoes, Peeled and Chopped
- 1 Cup Warmed Whole Milk, Divided
- 1/2 Stick of Butter, Melted
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 to 2 Tsp of Salt or to Taste

I riced my potatoes instead of creating mashed potatoes because I was tired but smothering the potatoes with the steak and sauce was perfection..this lady is no joke with her cooking. Looks YUMMY😋 I made this last weekend, for my mashed potatoes I sautéed 2-3 cloves of garlic in 2 TBSP butter and added them to mashed potatoes along with 1-2 TBSP of best foods mayo (to make creamier) DELICIOUS!

My sister uses French onion dip instead of sour cream. Personally, I'm not a big fan because I prefer the simple taste of butter and potatoes, but the rest of the family loves it.

Beautiful dinner! The best way to eat hamburger, brings back childhood memories, not sure I could get the kids to eat that kind of a meal today, they are all too allergic to everything. They also used to serve that in my elementary school. You truly made that meal look so good I'm hungry now!
