It was an 8oz brick of regular cream cheese, presumably full fat cause the fat gives the Biscoff filling structure and stability. The same quantity of mascarpone also works cause it’s a type of cream cheese and it’s full fat; I also find mascarpone easier to work with in a no bake filling like that.
