I love Jamie! I've watched him on tv for years, I love what he makes but what really wins me over is how much of a family man he is. It's clear how much he loves his family. Hell of a great guy!

This is one of my favourite videos of yours. I love how quick the pizza is too make and how simple it is to make with family members. I'd definitely put that hidden veg tomato sauce as the tomato element. I'd then add mozzarella, tasty cheese, kransky and fresh basil.

Thanks for this recipe. Made it with one cup of whole-grain spelt flour and half a cup of regular flour and added some semolina and baking soda (since I have no self-raising flour). Didn't have 7-veg sauce either so I cheated some more and just put some plum tomatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt pepper n herbs in the blender. Really quick and delicious!

So I've been making these a bunch. Since this is enough dough for two pizzas, I've found that if you have any left over, keeping it in the fridge is perfect. In fact, it makes the cooked pizza crust taste awesome. The fresh dough is slightly bitter because of the raising agent in the flour. Apparently, after sitting for a day or two, that's not an issue.
