everyone watching this video, take off your adamant gloves when your go to entrana at 9:40. Video shows him still having it equipped, while in reality they wont let you take the boat if you have them equipped. Took me a good 15 minutes to figure that out, checking the video doesn't help for this since he cutted the clip so it actually looks like he still have them equipped, but actually deposited it off screen...

This quest was hilarious for me, I went into the clan chat like you said and I found a person who needed a Phoenix gang member. We meet at Brimhaven and this dude asks me for a key, I'm like "What? No you give me the key." He just stood there for a couple of seconds, runs around the bar and tells me I should give him the miscellaneous key. I tell him no again. I even walked him through to the house where he gets it, he tells me that he couldn't get in, he says "Weird." He asks me to check what I needed to get by clicking on the quest. Anyways, fast forward, a guy comes to the Brimhaven and actually helps me out, I finished the quest. An hour later I was still in the clan chat, this same dude types, "Looking for black arms gang for heros."

After getting the lava eel you can just run west to King Black Dragon since it takes you out of the wild and teleport from there. Much faster then running down to 30 wild.

If Grip won't hand you the key, it is because you have one in your inventory or in the bank. Since the miscellaneous key is tradeable, players often drop them in banks and other players will pick them up

lucky i was phoenix gang on my old ironman. and black arm on this one :D btw you wont get the dialogue option if you completed this quest already. just walk in the room ( as phoenix ) and talk to the cook.

Really surprised no one has commented this - I don’t know if this is a bug, but I had my ice gloves equipped (instead of in my inventory like the guide shows) while trying to sail to Entrana, and they were somehow confiscated even though I was allowed to sail. I checked my bank, and they were not there. Make sure these gloves are in your inventory. There seems to be no mention of this on the OSRS wiki or online anywhere else.

The best thing to do if you need to find a partner through clan chat, is to just work it yourself until you get the key you need to trade and then just find someone then who has the key you need and have a nice easy trade rather than deal with any unnecessary issues.
