Can also use a flathead screw driver for getting it off around the pedistals.

20 years ago I spent 1800 on a pair of Leica Ultravids that I could NOT afford. I took money out of an annuity to do it. Can’t say it was a wise decision but I’m still using those binos.

@@briargoatkilla mmm idk man. I was reading up on it and it said only the skull plate with no brains. I’ll keep looking into it because I’m trying to hunt elk next year out of state. And want to bring the skull back with me.

Try looking up if you can bring it back if it has been boiled? some states make you boil the head first. I am not sure about CA.

@@ELKSHAPEGEAR that’s what I was thinking. But it specifically says no brains or spine allowed so I would think if I boiled it and got all of it out it might be okay.
