OMGOSH What is that orchid with all those beautiful roots?!!! 😲 Everything Soo pretty! All my Phals spiked except one this year. I had to cut her last secondary growth to make her healthier. She's a beautiful deep lavender. Your friend from Arizona 🎋

Hello Sharon! That is my Charles Finch Itzumi, one of my favorite blooms but man does she grow FAST! Congratulations on all the Phal spikes! Imagine how beautiful when they are all in bloom 🤩 Exciting! Thanks you so much for checking my video out Sharon and happy growing!

Good to see you again. That pendulum is really a beautiful bloom. To think that it's a species, makes it even more special because usually hybrids have all those interesting color differentials. And yes, I have schilleriana envy with 2 spikes, something I have as yet to achieve 😃 looking forward to the phals that have as yet to bloom. Curious to know what they look like ❤ have a beautiful Sunday, fellow orchid lover ❤🙌🏼❤ always

Thank you my friend! I’m super proud of my pendulum, I have read how hard it is to grow because it is so prone to rot. I’ve had her for just about three years now and she blooms every year and has not died yet 🤣 I agree about the blooms, very unusual colors for a species and I love the fuzzy lip. I can’t wait to share the Phalaenopsis wall when it is in bloom! Stay well and sending you virtual hugs and positive orchid vibes 🥰🌺🌞🪴

Hey! Happy new year. Apparently I missed your other video you uploaded a month ago? I will watch that now. Glad to see Catts in bloom… which I think you said was one of the challenges

Hello friend! Yes, most of the Cattleya’s are happy, still have a few that haven’t yet bloomed but for the most part stabilizing them in the container and adding extra light seems to have made a difference! Hope you’re all doing well! Thanks again for all the great plants! My Pinguicula bloomed and seems super happy!

Hi Danielle & it’s great to see you making videos again. I couldn’t believe it! but my 1 millionth WC attempt finally is happening! I have 3 sick looking phals that are showing beautiful multiple root nubbins !! I hope they continue. Any suggestions?

hello! beautiful plants and glad to see you back I've been waiting for a new video! I had a question about kelpmax from firstrays. I saw you had it in a video in July 2020 and you had just gotten the product. I was wondering how the product is working out for you and do you use it at 1tbsp per gallon?

Thanks for watching! I do like Kelpmax, I don’t use it exclusively or all year however. When I first got it I was using it along with another kelp product that I liked. The combination of the two resulted, in my opinion, in a few distorted blooms. I do still use it and the other kelp product but only once a month and I rotate them every other month. When I do use it though, it is approximately one teaspoon per gallon. Kelpmax is really good at helping maintain a good root system 👍🏻

@@daniellesorchidranch1591 Thank you very much for that information! I appreciate it! Also - love watching a fellow New Yorker's results for growing since our climate is "unusual" for orchids. Cheers and I hope you have a great day!

Usually if they stay green I leave them for a while, sometimes it will rebloom.

farmeri (and the related griffithianum, thyrsiflorum, densiflorum, and a few others) have short lived (less than two weeks) blooms. They're beautiful when they are around but they don't last long.

Oh good, so I’m not doing anything wrong ☺️ I have found 10 days is about when the spike shows signs of fatigue and then it quickly goes down from there. My chrysotoxum has a similar pattern. But, as you said, they both sure are beautiful for those few days 😍 so to me totally worth it!

I have an Oncidium pseudobulb that just broke off from the bottom of the plant. It is in water culture. Can you please advise as to what to do with this healthy bulb with 1 large leaf. Thank you. I switched to the water culture because of you!!
