I think my arms are going to fall off 🫠🫠🫠😩 but I love it 😁 I feel like an energized Bambi 🤣🤣 I love this HIIT yoga!! The curtsy plank was my fav! 15 mins is enough for me. Haha! I’d work my way up to a longer duration though.
