10 years of meditating and I haven’t come across this method, yet it makes sense when I reflect on some images I’ve seen of people meditating… Just know that you improved a lifetime habit of at least one person. Thank you

I’ve been doing yoga for years and always envied people that have emotional releases. I’ve never been able to have one. Until today. Whatever was stored in my hips just came pouring out. I was crying like a baby. Thank you so much for this experience. I truly appreciate you!

Day 10 was a challenge for me ! I missed yesterday (Sunday ) so I am doing my day 10 and 11 today ( Monday ) 1-20.25 . I need to work on building my resilience (solar plexus)
