I love puff pastry desserts, I love the crumbliness that only puff pastry can give and I love combining it with cream!
In this case I also added some Pavesini biscuits soaked in Limoncello which gives much more consistency and additional flavour!
I recommend making it for an occasion or even as a last minute dessert... it's very simple, quick and above all DELICIOUS!

📝 INGREDIENTS:
2 Rolls Puff Pastry
Pavesini type biscuits
400 g Lemon custard (or classic)
1 cup Limoncello type liqueur (or milk)
Waterfall
Sugar
Powdered sugar
Apricot jam
