The modular Multistack chillers are a nightmare to work on, and asking the factory for support is nonexistent

I took a call one Sunday ,it was for chiller fail. The guys didnt yet fill the sumps on the towers,so they were just running air over. I went to the basement,the alarm was high water temp,so I proceeded to the towers on the 11th floor roof,and the elevators were out of service! After 5 trips up and down ,I was shot! Thx for the video
