Good morning! Glad to see you weathered the storm. Thanks for making me realize all the chicken poo will dissipate because of this rain. That thought hadn’t crossed my mind. Two of my four flocks survived the 40 mile an hour winds and rain in their chicken tractors last night. The other two flocks were indoors. I did lose some very large tree branches. I saw one fall yesterday in lighter winds!

I think I am going to order chicks from Valley Farms. I have looked at their site and liked their selection. I am in south Alabama, almost as far south as they are north Alabama! ha Maybe shipping won't be as possibly stressful as from farther shipping.
