Ingredients for roasted pepper salad:
- 1 kg mixed peppers, Kapia and bell;
- 100 ml water;
- 50 ml apple cider vinegar (6 degrees), or to taste;
- 25-30 ml sunflower oil, or olive oil;
- 3-4 celery leaves;
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper;
- 2 tablespoons honey;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1 teaspoon salt (4 g);
The peppers are washed well, roasted, left with a lid in a pot for 10-15 minutes, then peeled. The juices from the peppers are not discarded, but added to the salad.
