So it's Penne Alla Vodka - but with wagon wheel pasta instead of penne! Also if you are making this - brown sugar too - and add some parma cheese while mixing the pasta with the sauce! xx And the vodka burns out - you don't really taste it but it really needs it - trust me!

I wonder if i can use Bundaberg Rum or something like a whiskey if I cant come across Vodka. Additionally I wonder if i can use Greek yogurt or sometimes Coconut cream as a replacement for the Cream not that im against dairy i add the cheese at end but i reckon tweak here and there.

Also instead of tomato paste - I buy tins of Roma and Cherry tomatoes and mix them up in my mix master!
