Ingredients:
2 kg fresh meat (qurbani meat)
1 ½ tsp salt
½ glass of water
Method:
Clean and rinse the fresh meat thoroughly.
In a pressure cooker, add the fresh meat.
Sprinkle 1 ½ tsp of salt evenly over the meat.
Pour in ½ glass of water.
Securely close the pressure cooker lid.
Turn on the flame and wait for the whistle.
Set a timer for 15 minutes after the whistle.
Release the pressure and open the lid.
Transfer the Namkeen Gosht to a serving dish.
