Heres a quick tutorial on the new way i've been doing my faux locs, saving me time since they are crochet. You guys asked for it on IG so here it is!🤎

I have yet to try this protective style I'm scared I'm either gonna rip my hair out or it's gonna take like 50 million hours 😬. They are simply gorgeous tho I might just gather the courage 😍

I love this method, but my hair is too short for it! :( My mom had to braid my hair down & loop the locs through the braids. It was pretty though & I didn't have to worry about washing my hair for a while. When my hair gets longer, I'll definitely try it! Oh & I finally found something to make my hair curl. You probably don't remember, but I commented about how I hated my hair on one of your previous videos & you said I just had to find the right thing. Aunt Jackie's Curl La La is it! The only downside is my hair takes longer to dry, but I can deal with that to have good hair!

Tried this...the locs don't open as freely as you make it look.... didn't work

might be the hair you got🥺. but mines even without installing it un coils if you twists the opposite way. try it , before putting it on your head take a loc and twist it the opposite way. and see if theres a way (make sure its a coiled loc and not an actual locked up loc) usually crochet locs arent but yeah just in case.
