I have two of the let's resin double-sided UV lamps. I have taken one acrylic sheet and slid it in between both lamps to fit a longer silicone mold.

JDiction just came out with one that is cordless… it charges both sides and is a bit bigger than the let's resin one…. For the first time in my life, I have to say I would buy that before the let's resin product … normally I would buy Let's Resin over anything else… but the JDiction being wireless is a complete advantage… and it goes all the way up to 10 minutes on its timer! It's $31.99 and has a 15% off coupon as well… (right now Dec. 4, 2024) I can’t believe I just plugged a JDiction Product! I never do that… but that little machine of theirs is awesome…

@ yeah, I don’t do much with them either… got burned really bad with their UV resin about 3 years ago… and ever since then, I won’t use their resin… but that lamp, I may just have to get just because it is wireless… it has the multiple ledges for the acrylics shelf too… if let's resin would upgrade their lamp to make it wireless, I would, buy it in a heartbeat… I just don’t do much with uv resin to justify it.. have three of their regular lamps that do what I need to do just fine… but, if they came out with a wireless, I would probably buy it lol…

I never take my lamps apart I always use them together. I love them I've only had one issue with both lamps, they will go dim the UV light is kind of seeming like it's shorted out the UV resin does not cure and it's kind of frustrating. But what I did was take a number two pencil eraser and rub both of the connector sides, and it seemed to work again. If anyone else is having these problems🥰

Hi Wendy. Happy Thanksgiving. What am I doing wrong? I have tried and tried to do my mica power with the alcohol 99% like I see you doing. It just makes the color darker but I can never get it to work. Any suggestions. I just did a hummingbird and the mica is so light, no matter what kind I used.

Oh no 😳😳 I wish I could stand next to you and talk you through it 🥰 Okay let me think 🤔 Perhaps it’s the colour choice. Bright colours need a white background as they will go off colour with black behind. But chameleon or darker colours need black behind for sure. If you put clear behind any colour won’t show up so well. Try using chameleon powder and black to see if that works for you 👍😀🥰

There really is no comparison. The Let’s Resin is much, much better. In the U.S., there’s currently about a $5 difference in price. I had purchased 5 different lamps; these two and 3 others and I kept the Let’s Resin and one of the “no name” brands. I will also say that having purchased the Istoyo resin mixer and stand and a few other Istoyo brand products, that I am not a fan. While most of these items seem to have similar fit and finish across brands, I find that Istoyo almost always seems to be a tad flimsier and/ or just not quite there. Being able to purchase and compare products from a vendor with free, no-questions-asked returns has been a great way for me to make best choices.
